Sicherheitscenter blockiert Internet Explorer start nach Bootvorgang

Ich habe nach dem Installieren von SP2 nur zu sehr auf
mein System geachtet. Die Verzögerung kommt von meinem
Norton Antivirus 2004 Professional. Wenn ich es
ausschalte, starte der Internet Explorer wieder sofort.

Unabhängig davon kann sich aber mein Sicherheitscenter
die von mir getroffenen Warnhinweis-Einstellungen nicht
merken. (Selbst wenn ich sie über die Registry setze...)

Naja.
