SSL und client authentication

Hallo *,

meine Frage ist:
Kann man mit outlook 6 / outlook express 6 per SSL mit client authentication
SMTP oder IMAP machen?

Ich habe ein wenig getest und bin mir deswegen ziemlich sicher, dass es kein
Konfigurationsproblem ist
- wenn ich den imap-server konnektiere, werde ich gefragt, welches Zertifikat
   ich zur Authentisierun verwenden will und die Verbindung wird erfolgreich
   aufgebaut
- wenn ich den SSL traffic analysiere, kann ich auch sehen, dass alles richtig
   laeuft (auf SSL Protokoll Ebene), der Client (OE oder O(L)E) schickt auch
   eine CertifiateMessage zurueck, aber eben ohne Inhalt.

Nach einer recht gruendlichen Suche in den verschiedenen Newsgroups und im Web
habe ich zwar haeufiger diese Frage gesehen (auch fuer andere Versionen von OE
oder OLE - aber leider keine echte Antwort. Auch die Seiten von MS halten sich
zu diesem Thema recht bedeckt - oder ich bin zu bloed zu suchen:-)

Ich bin sehr dankbar fuer jede Hilfe bzw. Antwort - auch wenn sie lautet, dass
dieses Feature schlicht nicht verfuegbar ist - dann kann ich zumindest mit
Testen aufhoeren und mir Gedanken ueber eine alternative Loesung machen.
