.... wenn es Dir nichts ausmacht, wäre der einfachste Weg, den IIS noch mal
zu deinstallieren, die Benutzerkonten IUSR*.* zu löschen oder umzubenennen
und in den lokalen Sicherheitsrichtlinien diese ebenfalls zu entfernen und
den IIS wieder zu installieren. Dann erzeugt er passende neue Benutzerkonten
mit den entsprechenden Berechtigungen.
