Exchange Dienste laufen nach start nicht automatisch

Hallo,

habe Exchange 2003 (Sp3) im Einsatz. Nach reboot starten folgende Dienste
nicht:
- Microsoft Exchange-Systemaufsicht (Zeitüberschreitung (30000ms))
- Microsoft Search (Zeitüberschreitung (30000ms))
- Microsoft Exchange-Informationsspeicher ( ist vom Dienst Systemaufsicht
abhängig).

Starte ich Dienste anschliessend manuell gibt es keine Probleme.

Was soll ich tun?
