Ich habe die Einstellung gefunden. In der OU MS Exchange Security Groups
steht der Administrator bereits in der Sicherheitsgruppe "Exchange
Organisations Operators".
Habe somit die Berechtigung den Eintrag zu löschen. Kann sie denoch nicht
löschen.

Standartrechtevergabe? Welche Gruppen in AD gibt es für Exchange?

schau mal in der erweiterten Ansicht in deinem AD, dort gibts die OU MS
Exchange Security Groups. Unter dem Ordner Users findest du dann noch die
Exchange Domain und Enterprise-Servers.
