Exchange 2007 nutzt "ausschließlich Win2003 SP1 GCs !
Also muss es in der Site "mindestens einen" Windows 2003 SP1 GC geben
es kann weitere DCs/GCs geben aber das Exchange Setup ist do blöde und nutzt manchmal den falschen
Daher per Kommandozeile nutzen und den DC angeben
