Wenn Du ins Logfile des IIS schaust, wirst Du sehen, was fehlt: Er sucht
das IISADMPWD-Verzeichnis. Dieses mußt Du noch anlegen (sowie die Site mit
SSL schützen, falls noch nicht geschehen):
