Exchange 2003 DB Problem

Hallo Leute

Ich habe eine komplett neue Installation des Exchange.
Nach dem Setup wurde noch SP1 installiert danach der Server
Heruntergefahren.
Am nächsten Tag Server ein, keine Fehlermeldungen alle Dienste
laufen.
Ein Blick in den ESM, der Store ist offline.
Eseutil sagt Dirty Shutdown??
Recovery mit eseutil funktioniert nicht.

Wie bringe ich das Ding wieder zum laufen?
Für eure Hilfe wäre ich dankbar
