    Da gibt es verschiedene Ansätze, vielleicht trifft eines davon auf Dein
    Szenario zu ?

    Hast Du USB Geräte am Server ?
    Was ist der Server für Hardware ?
    Sind das SCSI Platten, externes Storage oder IDE Platten ?

    Hier mal ein paar aufgelistet:

    Andere Punkte wären noch RAM, aber Du sagtest, ECC und sieht in Ordnung aus,
    und die Pagefile, vielleicht löschen und neu anlegen.

    Leider kann man hier nur Annahmen treffen und nicht explizit zu einer Lösung
    raten,
    aber vielleicht hilft Dir das erst mal weiter ?
