aus dem "System.DirectoryServices" Namensraum.
Du gehst *viele* Umwege, in Deinem bisherigen Quellcode,
die u.a. auch Performance-Einbußen mit sich bringen.

Mach es also etwa analog folgendem (u.a. DirectoryEntry) :
