Nein! Wer definiert Standards? Warum sollte C# ein Standard sein und
Java, VB, Delphi, Fortran, Cobol, etc. nicht? Solch eine Aussage ist -
mit Verlaub gesagt - Blödsinn!

Genau, das ist Blödsinn :-)))))

Denn C# ist sowohl ein ECMA-Standard (334, 335) als auch ein ISO-Standard (ISO/IEC 23271:2006 and ISO/IEC 23270:2006), wie es auch für Fortran und Cobol ISO-Standards gibt.

Jeder Projektmanager weiß (oder sollte es wissen!), dass man die Wahl
der Programmiersprache erst nach vollständiger Aufnahme der
Anforderungen und der Konzeption vornimmt. Manchmal wird es Java,
manchmal Ruby und manchmal eben C#, was halt am besten passt.

- und dann wird der Projektmanager dazu die Entwickler mit genügend Erfahrung in der jeweiligen Sprache einsetzen.
