Hallo Günter,
Man verwendet Named Pipes normalerweise nur noch für
Intraprozesskommunikation auf dem selben Rechner.
Named Pipes können aber sehrwohl auch im Netzwerk (natürlich nur im LAN)
sinnvoll sein, da Du Dich nicht mit Ports und Firewalls ärgern musst.
Ja, was ich im ersten Satz erwähnte ;-)
