Ich glaube da wurden einfach nur die Hilfe-Texte des
'Plattform SDK' neu kompiliert. Die Texte sind zumindest
AFAICS komplett identisch. Mit diesen Hilfedateien soll
IMO nur kompensiert werden, dass Delphi keine MSDN-Lib
beiliegt.

Doch, du rufst aus Delphi üblicherweise direkt die
Funktionen aus den nativen Windows-DLLs auf.
