Halo 2 Installation Problem-Exceeded number of installations

As I upgrade to new computers, I install Halo 2 on them to replay as time
permits. On my third PC installation, an error message says that I've
exceeded the number of installations with that title. I've uninstalled on
the other machines, what gives? And if Microsoft requires the purchase of
additional licenses, where do I call or go to purchase them?
