Flight Simulator X - a third *BUG*

I completed Lesson 4, and from the Lesson's menu, selected Lesson 5. Screen
went dark, then displayed part of a cockpit and the following fatal error
message:

fsx.exe - Application Error
Instruction at 0x20c6a07e referenced memory at 0x0dc210cc. Memory could not
be read.

I clicked on OK and the application terminated. Without re-booting, I
started FSX, returned to Lesson 5, and it worked fine.
