Hi anm,

Let's try a couple of things to get that game installed for you again:

1. Startup your system in SAFE MODE by pressing F8 repeatedly
while your system is booting up after you've shut down your system

2. Log in with an account you've created as a "Computer Administrator"
account that you'll use to play the game, but don't use a Limited account.
