I did a reformat not long after my last post. It seemd to
clear things up for awhile. I think that there was a
conflict between my SmartCard reader and my firewall. As
soon as I installed the software for the card reader
everything seemed to start back up again. (I installed
other software at the same time but i have it narrowed
down to a few programs that seemed to cause it) So far,
running games without my firewall running seems to do the
trick to correct the issue. Now just to find a firewall
that doesn't interfer with the software.
