I did the recommended stuff that microsoft posted with the
Halo support and I still get crappy frame rate. Please Help.

nvidia geforce2 mx400 64Mb
Intel celeron processor 2.1GHz
Windows XP Professional SP1
520 MB Ram
80 GB Hard drive
