Thanks Jimmy,

I checked the basic RAM tests (3 passes) and everything
was fine. I plan on running the more detailed tests
tonight. For MW4 Mercs, I tried all the missions under
instant action, and was able to play all of them except
the mission I mentioned in my original post. Given that
all the other missions load and run, could I possibly
just have a bad file associated with the mission?

I will do the same test on tonight on MW4 Vengeance.
