Freelancer not working online!

I just upgraded to T3 and freelanncer no longer connects
online it just stays on connecting to global sever never
downloading the game list. It did work when I was on dial
up. I have no firewalls or software of that type (even
tried deactivating the anti virus) yes i have all patches.
and updates. LOl and my Halo still isn't running well
either (Supports T and L) but anyway help if you can.
