Unable to play game

After installing High Heat Baseball 2004, my computers
motherboard was replaced and I had to reinstall Windows
xp and all of my other programs. Now whenever I try to
play High Heat, a window saying that I have the wrong
disc shows up. All I want to do is play the game and any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
