Halo Gathering Exception Data

In the middle of gameplay, at any random spot I a pop up
that says Gathering Exception data, then it goes away and
show an error report and inside it says it sending two
files debug.txt and network something, it says it is
sending them from my Halo folder, but I do not even have
those files in my halo folder to begin with...
