Hi TenchiMuyo,

Sounds like the Merc game didn't fully install. Browse your
MW4 Mercs CD / Open the CDSET folder / Run SCSHD.

This will patch your MW4 game in order for it to gain the
ability to recognise add on packs such as IS and Clan.
