Do you have a firewall? That could keep mgshell from communicating with the host, or other players.. Look here for help:

Or delete the mgcommon folder then reenter Euchre for a fresh install of the files.

I'm +Elmo_Tech which is a different person. I do drop in on Euchre, but seldom have time to play.
