Sounds to me like it could be a firewall issue..  Are you aware yr using
one?   If so try disabling it and attempting to play, or configure it to
allow the zone the necessary permissions..

That registry fix is specifically for the "Room Flashes" error.  Even
so, it should install as a reg file.  Maybe you got a corrupted
download.  You might edit the file; it should look like this:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Gaming Zone\Room]

-----

It appears that the one line removes the \Room key (folder), or removes
any values in that key.


Can you enter a regular game room such as Spades?
