I can not get zm to work

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I go to log in and then it keeps asking me to log in again, I did the log in
then go to games.msn.com and it shows me logged in but then I click to go to
a game and my name goes away , zm does not even try to load up .

just did a format and now zone is useless.

any help would be much appreciated.
