To remove most of the Zone files from XP, open Add/Remove Programs,
click Windows Components in the left column, locate the Zone, and
deselect. Then open Internet Properties, click General tab, Settings
button, View Objects button. Right-click HeartbeatCtrl, ZoneAxRcMgr
Class, and ZoneIntro Class (individually) and click Remove. After doing
all three, most of the Zone is removed.
