If you are using Windows95 the Zone won't function
properly. The best solution is to upgrade to Windows98
or later
Make sure your Windows is up to date. To do this go to
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads and select the Windows
option on the left.
If you are having trouble downloading the Zone software
try downloading and installing Macromedia Flash Plyer
first. You can get it at Macromedia Flash Player
Download Center
There are instructions on how to solve a great number of
connectivity issues at
http://www3.sympatico.ca/nibblesnbits/EnterRooms.html
If it still doesn't work then delete all your Zone files
by going to the Control Panel, Add/Remove Programes,
select MSN Gaming Zone and remove it. Then go back to
the Zone and accept all the downloads as they appear.
If you still can't get there then I can't help you any
longer. I suggest you to go to the newsgroup at
http://support.microsoft.com/newsgroups/default.aspx?
NewsGroup=microsoft.public.games.zone&SLCID=US&ICP=GSS3&sd
=GN&id=fh;en-us;newsgroups post your problem giving as
much detail as you can. A technical person will reply
with their best shot
