"that they need"? need what? the problem could be that you need to pay
for a number that you enter to register the product, or windows needs to
register a .dll and can't because of a damaged download, or a
permissions problem where only the administrator on the computer can add
the software.

BTW, what's easier to read, all capitals, lower case characters, or a
proper combination of the two?
