You didn't specify what the problem is so it's not really possible to give you a definite answer on this.
If the game is going black screen or crashing on launch its likely a video driver problem
1. Update the VIA hyperion drivers for the motherboard http://www.viaarena.com/?PageID=2
2. update drivers for the video card http://nvidia.com/page/home
3. Reduce hardware acceleration from 8x (automatic) to 4x in BIOS and try it.
4. Try using a manual AGP driving value (requires some experimentation to match the motherboard with the video card)

If the game is not connecting to the other players then your router setup for the DPlay server ports has to be reinstalled on the
new machine (the settings file on the other machine needs to be recreated on the new one).
