Why did individual headings all change to one heading?

I had seven pages, each with a different heading, in one site that I have
had online 2 years.

I went in and changed ONE page heading, and it changed ALL the headings on
the site to exactly the same thing! Even though I didn't select anything to
change them all.

Bugger.

I can't find anything in the menus to see where or how it got messed up, or
how to set the pages to each have an individual title again, help!

I am using FP 2000 (old, but the liense is legit, and I almost never use
it).

Any help for the confused?
