help with preview page problem

I'v been building a site going back and forth between design and preview.
The preview has looked just like the design. But, today, for some reason,
the preview is showing the type about two points bigger, and the layout then
gets all screwed up. I've checked in different browsers and it's all the
same and it wasn't like that before - everything was in the preview as it
was in the design. What happened? How can I fix this? Any input is
appreciated. Thanks. Ken
