frontpage shuts down

front page 2003 shuts down when you try to open anything I uninstalled
and reinstalled it and then uninstalled it and put xp front page and it
does the same. internet explorer 6 does the same thing. have ran 5 or 6
different virus scans and they all say they did not find anything. any
suggestions
