FP Extensions/Go Daddy

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

I had to re-design an existing website. Created it in FP 2003. Hosted on Go
Daddy.
Previous site used their built in form (ASP type). I copied the form from
the old page. It did work to email the results but then switched to a page
that no longer exists (default.asp).
To view the site and show the client I posted the pages via FTP (control
panel online at Go Daddy). I published to a folder and copied the pages (I
know this disables the form functions)
My plan was to then turn on FP extensions and re-publish so the forms would
work.
I cannot get into the site with FrontPage at all, it will not work with any
combo of username and pw, will not FTP and will not do Http. Will not let
me make a network place either. I keep entering http://www.domainname.com I
put in user and PW and get error message every time.
I checked go daddy and re-installed the FP extensions.
If I can't publish through FP the forms won't work and I don't know how to
do the ASP thing and make it go back to the page I want after the form is
filled. There is a place in go daddy control panel to for the forms by ASP
but it only let's me change the email address, I cannot see how to change it
to go to a results page or back to the site main page. There is also no way
to disable the ASP, should I delete all the pages it creates from the folder
manually?
Is there a way to publish via the FTP and still have the forms work?
I really like be able to open the site in FP it is so much easier to make
changes.
It also will not let me import the site, it says I don't have permission.
