looking for new registar

I'm looking for a good place to register a domain name - I've been using AIT
for my domain names but just found out that they charge $25 to change the
contact/technical or any info on the domains..so when a customer decides to
'do it himself' and he wants to be in charge of the domain name too...he's
stuck unless he actually transfers the domain. I only use fp2003 so was
wondering if anyone here can point me to a registar that will allow changes
on each domain if needed (other than DNS server info)
thanks
Pam
