Server Error when publishing website

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

I get the following error once in a while when publishing my web pages:
Server error: The page <page name> has been modified by (unknown) on <date and time>.

If I log into my server and recalculate the frontpage extensions the error goes away. However, it's stupid to have to log into my server and recalculate the extensions every time this happens. Is there something that I'm doing wrong or maybe there's a patch that I should download that fixes this problem?

Any suggestions?
