Forms - OUTPUT???

I am trying to set up a form on a website. I am able to creat a nice form
in Frontpage 2000, however, I have absolutely no idea how to handle the
output. A form gets filled out, I hit the submit button, and poof off to
oblivion, and the following error message come next:

"The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for cannot be displayed because the page address is
incorrect. "

and the address line URL reads: -http://www.mypage/-WEBBOT-SELF--

Any guidance please? Thanks loads in advance for any recomendations. Or
reference to helpful resources.
