Frontpage opens outbound ports

Hi... I have the following problem with frontpage 2003:
When I am opening an "open dialog", frontpage opens
2-3 outbound TCP connections to unknown sites.
To give an example: in a new page, right click, page
properties, formatting, browse for background picture.
When I hit "browse" frontpage tries to open TCP ports.

I have searched for trojans, viruses etc with latest updates.

Please help. Thank you in advance!
