Does anyone know how to Publish a Folder with contents?

I am trying to allow a folder on my webserver to be seen from the web
with the content. Something that I can place text, excel or other
files in so I can retrive them at a remote location that dosent allow
ftp. Something tht I can web browse to , Thanks
