    Hello Doug!

    If you AutoThumbnail a picture, then save, you will be prompted with a "Save
    Embedded Files" dialog. From there you can select the picture to save,
    click on the "Picture File Type..." button and choose a file type. If you
    choose JPG, you can set the Quality (this is bascially compression) and
    Progressive Passes.

    You can also get to the same area by going to a pictures Properties,
    clicking the General *** tab, and selecting the "Picture File Type..."
