Save problems in FP

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I've created a table on a page in FP 2002, and inserted, then thumbnailed some images. When I go to save it says " The folder that would hold URL ' My Webs..etc' does not exist...What is wrong here? I know that when I create thumbnails they're usually saved in obscure places..What do I do? P.S. Same thing in Expression.. Please help.
