You will require a server side script (asp, asp.NET, PHP, Perl/CGI etc.) to process and format the form data, and an email component installed on the server (such as CDOSYS on Windows) that will support attachments. The script may have to save the formatted form data as a file on the server as part of the process.

I have a form filled out by field reps that needs to be emailed into Customer
Service Reps. At present I am using FP forms but the information is not in a
useable format. I would like to send the completed form (as an attachment?)
so that it is received formatted.
Can I do that with FP or do I need an add-in in PHP or??
