I am not sure where you are seeing this, but it sounds like the title bar on the browser.
You are doing nothing wrong.
Different browsers display the title bar in different ways - except Preview in FrontPage does not display a title bar, and the browsers display the page <title> tag - this could be the web address if you have not changed it.
If you are not talking about the title bar, then please explain further and provide a link to a page that displays this way.

When I preview in FP and IE 7, the top of my page is identical. From left to
right the FP logo/icon appears, C:\docments and setting\ etc. This is
identical when I preview within the preview browser IE 7 under the file drop
down menu. Not the case when I preview in netscape vr 8. The top left
begins with the netscape logo/icon and the words : Netscape Browser. What
am I doing wrong? Is it possible my files are scattered in different folders?
