Re: FPDB folder

Best to let FP set the correct permissions, which it will do if you import the database into your
current open web or let FP create the database.

Hi,

My ISP transferred my site to a new server, including the fpdb folder. The fpdb folder is no
longer secure. I can download my databases from the browser.

They tell me I can set the permissions myself now, from the new control panel. Can I do this
and it will work like it is supposed to? And if so, what permissions should I set?

OR

Should I rename the current fpdb folder, and then import a small database so FP will set up
the folder it's way, and then move the databases from the renamed folder into the new fpdb
folder?

Thanks!

JA
