If you have Windows XP or Windows media you can use Windows Movie Maker
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/moviemaker/default.mspx
or you can buy Pinnacle Studio and you can capture from CD and convert to
AVI File, MPEG File, RealVideo, Windows Media.

I cannot get a Video to publish on my Web Site unless I have a disc in my
computer which requires I keep connected to Internet 24 hrs. Also, I
cannot
put in in a format to be picked up by Viewers. I think my basic problem
is
to change the DVD format. Earthlink says they only use rm. I do not know
how to convert from vob and bur to RM. WMV, MPEG, AVI, RAM which are the
ones
recommended for Front Page.
