Does your office have their own firewall? You may need to speak to
your IT people.

I tried to add ftp and Front Page to the exception lists...made no
difference. I am publishing to BlueHost. I am using FP ftp against
better
advice, as the name they assigned me is already an active IP address
and I
will activate the FP extensions when I am ready to kill the other
site and
"go live" with this one. That should make no difference, eh? I can
do it
flawlessly from my home system(XP Pro on a Dell 8200), but it
refuses to work
at my office (XP Pro on Dell 4400). I searched the MS KB and could
find
nothing about clearing a port in the Firewall...can you point me to
a proper
reference?
Cheers

Where are you publishing to, your own machine?

The only way I can publish my site is to disable the MS firewall.
It
requires port 21, and so far I have been unable to clear that
port of
firewall blocking.
Does anyone have advice?
Cheers
