Your problem is your IB are in your left shared border
(thus your main page are missing the BODY onload required)

| via interactive button feature. Usually, I get the highlight color with
| mouseover but then it's as if the button doesn't change out to next step &
| get "blank" and/or partial view of what should see with next button prior to

| past weekend. Now, it's as if things are very sluggish & the buttons aren't
| changing out like they use to do but I can't seem to discover why the
