I have already gone through those setting. Note i have gone through them
again to make sure they are correct. I still get the same error message. When
i try to set my form to send to email i get the error message that you can
view here:

NOTE: I am editing my site on the server in one folder and then publishing
the full folder to another folder that i have the web address pointing to.
Any suggestions on how to make the email work?
