Your form is set up to save the results to a file in the _private
folder, and a copy to email. There is not a database in sight.
You need to write an asp form handler following the guidelines in the
white paper, and in the form properties on Inquiry.htm send the form
details to Other - ASP, CGI etc.
Specify the ASP page in the Options. This is described in the white
paper under "How to Connect the Form to the ASP Page"
