Try this:
Click Start > Run and enter: regedit and then click OK
go here:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer
and look for this key under Explorer
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\AlwaysUnloadDLL
If it exists click on it and make sure Default in the right hand panel is set to 1
If the key doesn't exist, right click Explorer and select New > Key and then name the new
key AlwaysUnloadDLL
Then click the AlwaysUnloadDLL key one time and then right click Default, select modify
and set the value to one.
Close regedit and restart the machine.
